Since Catering Consultancy and Training established in 2003 we have worked on many fascinating projects with a wide variety of clients from small venues with relatively low visitor numbers to long established major historical sites.
Our aim is to help improve catering performance and professionalism. We believe that in addition to delivery of profit to the site, a museum catering facility should also enhance the visitor experience and have a synergy with the organisations’ core mission.
We firmly believe that each client and each site is unique, and although industry norms and bench mark targets must be observed they should only be fully applied whilst considering a variety of bespoke local conditions and requirements. It is vital to recognise that every site is individual.
TRAINING AND MENTORING
Catering Consultancy and Training are pleased to offer a comprehensive range of catering consultancy services from operational and business performance reviews to financial performance and customer service audits. We have a strong practical support and guidance element which enables us to offer effective mentoring, training and support for site and catering management, kitchen staff and the front of house customer facing team. We have considerable hands-on experience in each of these areas which enables us to gain the confidence of the catering team and to develop a positive and productive relationship.
